This policy explains how Chasegeek Digital Private Limited (“Chasegeek”, “we”) handles personal data collected through chasegeek.com. It covers the website only; each Chasegeek product (such as DialynAI, DialWise AI, Lauki and ChaseBuilder) has its own privacy policy.

What we collect

When you contact us

If you submit the project enquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, and optionally your company, phone number, country, the service you are interested in, budget range, timeline and message. We also record the page you submitted from, the page you first landed on, the referring website and any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you followed, so we understand how people find us.

To prevent spam and abuse we store a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) and your browser’s user-agent string, and we verify submissions with Cloudflare Turnstile.

Analytics

If you accept analytics cookies we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the website is used, for example which pages are visited and where visitors leave. If you decline, these tools are not loaded. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

Strictly necessary storage

We store your cookie choice and the first page and campaign that brought you to the site in your browser’s local storage. This information is only sent to us if you submit the enquiry form.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a potential project (legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract).
• To keep the website secure and free from spam (legitimate interests).
• To measure and improve the website, only with your consent where consent is required.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without your permission.

Where it is stored and who processes it

The website is hosted on Vercel. Enquiries are stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database. Images and files published on the site are stored on Cloudflare R2. Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside your country, including in the United States; where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting relationship, and review and delete inactive enquiries periodically. Records identified as spam are deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent and to complain to a data protection authority. To exercise these rights, email info@chasegeek.com.
